Services
Skip to Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Indianapolis, Indiana metropolitan area. Services are performed by independent contractor cleaning professionals vetted by our company.
Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed via email or text message
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price
- No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service price
Pricing & Payment
- Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may be adjusted on-site if conditions differ significantly
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash
- Recurring service pricing is locked for the agreed frequency; changes require 7 days' notice
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific areas of concern, not entire re-services.
Liability
- Our cleaning professionals carry liability insurance
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed before service
- Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence
- Maximum liability per incident is limited to the cost of the service performed
Access & Security
- You must provide safe, reasonable access to your property for the scheduled service
- Pets should be secured during the cleaning visit
- Please secure valuables, cash, and sensitive documents before your appointment
- If key or access code is provided, it will be stored securely and used only for scheduled services
Independent Contractors
Cleaning professionals working through Skip to Clean are independent contractors, not employees. They carry their own insurance and are responsible for their own taxes and business obligations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
